W7 UH-MAZING Product reviews

This week started off with my beaming smile as I met my postman at the door with a package from W7, which to be fair is every girls dream.. getting products from your favorite brand.

I'm going to start straight off with the BEAUTIFUL 10 out of 10 (brown) palette. First I must say this package was sent with random bits so I was in shock that this set was sent out of all W7 palettes because brown is my favorite eye shadow color ever and a must have color I use on a daily basis. This palette contains the color for every occasion, 10 browns ranging from light to dark, matte to glitter which are of incredible quality and last all day. If like me your eyebrows don't know if they want to be brown/fair/black this is also brilliant for filling in them little forehead buddies as there is a shade to match all types. This handy little palette is also perfect for travelling as it contains two double ended brushes and is perfect handbag size.

WOOP now I'm excited. The W7 Prime Magic Camera Ready Face Primer is just simply amazing. W7 I bow down to you . I have never seen a product like this. Yes it does its job by being a Primer, but once you see it you'l understand, it's almost like a jelly texture and is SO unbelievably soft your face is softer than a marshmallow wrapped in candyfloss sitting on a cloud. Having your face so  primed and ready it leaves you with the perfect canvas to get to work on and will last all day.

Lashed up.. well if you insist.
You know that mascara you always go straight for when your heading out and always the same one you will be picking up each time you drop into the chemists, well this is going to be it now. It does what most mascaras do.. lengthens, give volume and leaves you ready to wink to make the boyzz blink (did I really just say boyzz) but also the mascara is great for no clumps which we pray for every time we pull the wand out of the bottle. I highly recommend this mascara because not only is it simply amazing it's W7 which means a fantastic bargain.

To be honest here, when I first seen this I was nervous. 1: the color, not me at all. 2: the texture of the liquid.. lets just say calling it lip 'paint' is a good name, but bare with me here its a good'un.
There's not many glosses out there that will last and remain vibrant all day long, but this is one of them. I can't get over this gloss, trust me if your a fan of gloss you need to get this on you now.

W7 Draw the line eyeliner.. well it does what it says on the.. eh pencil. But anyway another great product from W7 that will leave you with the most amazing lined lashes with a gorgeous dark charcoal color.  I can't get over W7 they are.. as I've said simply amazing.

Fostering Robin : Day Four

Today was a bittersweet day as was our last full day with Robin but knowing she is going to her forever home tomorrow makes it that bit better. Again we had a chill day, a long walk and then I had the best cuddles from Robin as it was almost like she knew she was going. I had both of the dogs tight beside me for the night and then this morning (the 20th) I was back volunteering at the ISPCA so brought little Robin back up there. She cuddled the whole way in my arms and then when we got there she stayed in the kitchen area of the kennels with us so not to stress her being back in a kennel. All day she followed me around and kept jumping up into my arms. Whilst at lunch I got called down to reception as Robins new people were there to take her home. I gave her one last big hug and wished her family all the best. I'll admit it was emotional but I am thinking positive as I know she is in a great home with people that love her.

Fostering Robin: Day Three

Today was a nice causal Sunday morning as me Robin and Bobby had a lie in put I got a call saying someone was coming to pick her up as her Forever Home people were coming tomorrow.I was disappointed we only had one day together and just as I was getting her ready another call came in saying she was mine for the few days we had planned as her owners-to-be couldn't make it so I will extremely chuffed. My brother, Bobby, Robin and I headed off for another walk down the harbor. Being so chilly there's no one about so they have the whole place to themselves and have a great run.

When we got back the doggies had a big old bowl of Pasta and then weren't seen for the rest of the day as they were wrecked out and sound asleep for the evening.

Fostering Robin: Day Two

After spending the whole night in her bed Robin was rearing to go this morning and I brought herself and Bobby down to the Harbor and let them run off lead, they had a great time getting all that energy off and also met another dog so the three amigos went trotting off for some play time.

After getting home and having a little rest I gave Robin and nice warm bath just to spruce her up a bit and give her some one to one time. She wasn't too sure about it but did love getting wrapped up in the towel afterwards.

It was a very eventful day for Robin and Bobby and the two were wrecked out for the evening. If they weren't snoring they were playing with Bobby's toys he very kindly shares with Robin.

Fostering Robin: Day One

I was volunteering at the ISPCA today and was a normal day as usable until home time came and I got to bring little Robin a Jack Russel home with me for a few days to foster. Robin has been at the center since before I started there so I wanted to give her a nice little break away from the madness and those puppies she shares her kennel with. We very nearly didn't get to bring her as the people from her Forever Home are coming to pick her up soon but I'm going to have her back before then and they wanted me to treat her to a nice weekend.
The journey home was a very nervous time for her obviously not being used to being out of the center and with strange people but boy did she make her self at home when we arrived. She absolutely loves my dog Bobby and he loves her too, they follow each other round all the time and its so great for him to have a friend. After the excitement of being in a home and the minor difficultly of the stairs wore off she finally settled down and the two of them slept together cuddled up .

What is actually Happening??

Today something happened that is one of the most surrealist things to happen to me and something I've never even dreamed would. Today I was offered the role as manager, yes MANAGER me a 19 year old dyslexic kid manager of a charity shop. I can't put into words how unbelievably honored I am to be picked out of the other volunteers in the shop to job share with another lady as managers. It just goes to show 'hard work and dedication" do certainly pay off, even in ways you couldn't have imagined. If someone told me this time last year when I was stressing about my Leaving Cert Exams that I would be volunteering in places I love and getting opportunity's to go on live TV, be the manager of a shop and possibly even go to India.. I would have told them where to get off the crazy bus. I'm so excited to start my new role as manager (still can't believe I'm even saying that) and all the duties I have to master such as
- Delegating Tasks accordingly                                         -email weekly updates to head of charity
-meeting with owner once a month                                    -email weekly cash amounts to accountant
-roster coordination of volunteers                                      -stock taking
-keeping record of all recipients to be posted                      - liaising with area of shop manager
-weekly update Facebook page                                             -sourcing new stock
- Implement new/fresh ideas for the shop

How nuts and real professional does all that sound okay now I need to calm down and start acting like a manger ;) WOOO ... now
